The customer service was very prompt. Did not face any challenges in ordering or delivery. It would be good to include a handbook/printed instructions about lock, setting time or using tool kit

Really cool design, love seeing the movement. Strap is comfy too.

Beautiful piece. The chocolate dial has a rich shine to it and feels premium on the wrist. Honestly didn’t expect this much quality at this price.

Feels great on my wrist! Might have to buy another one.

Fantastic watch, super fast delivery! The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions. Definitely would order from here again.

The watch arrived by the expected date and was in fantastic condition. Really good quality and the customer service was top notch as well, quick response from the CR team when I emailed them questions about the products.

Got this as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and he loves it! So happy with the quality !

Clean and unique. Perfect daily watch for me.

Great watch and customer service.

Really great, detailed and friendly customer service. Takes the time to explain and show options.
