Welcome to ModixTime! By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of the ModixTime website and any purchases you make. If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

ModixTime accepts returns and offers refunds or exchanges solely in the case of confirmed manufacturing defects. If your watch arrives in a faulty or defective condition, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund, return, or replacement, depending on the specific circumstances.

• Return Request Procedure: To request a return or exchange, you must contact us via the Contact page on our website within 7 days of receiving your order. Supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos clearly showing the defect, may be required to assess eligibility.
• Condition of Returned Items: All returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories or documentation. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
• Shipping Costs: ModixTime is responsible for all return shipping costs. ModixTime does not provide return shipping labels, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Non-Eligible Returns: Due to the custom nature of our modified watches, returns are not accepted for reasons related to personal preference, aesthetic variations, sizing concerns, or other non-defective issues.
• Delayed/Lost Shipments: In the rare event of a shipping delay or a lost package, ModixTime will allow up to 60 days from the original shipping date for the package to arrive. If the order has not been delivered within this timeframe, a replacement or a full refund will be issued. If the order arrives before the 60-day period is complete, the customer must return the item in order for the refund to be processed. ModixTime will cover the cost of the return shipping. No refunds will be issued prior to the completion of this 60-day window.
